  2. Fifi I'm waiting for you! Yes we have a guest room that we use for B & B guests. We are tango teachers, and people come to stay with us to take private coaching. So we are set up for guests. Joni gave me the idea of offering it to decor bloggers because New Orleans has so many great decor things to do. Bring your paints, because you will be so inspired in NOLA. I can set up a little stand for you in Jackson Square, and you can make a little spending money selling your wonderful paintings! BTW have you tried your Earthquake Cocktail yet?

  3. WOW... that's quite an offer... I will have to do a few more paintings on the street corner here to buy the plane ticket.

Now that you mention the earthquake cocktail... I looked it up...
This is what it saidThe Tremblement de Terre (or " Earthquake ") Cocktail has been attributed to the French Post-Impressionist painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec . The name is derived from its effects, which tend to "shake up" the drinker. In a wine goblet mix: 3 parts Absinthe; 3 parts Cognac Variants

How fitting it is attributed to an artist... I fear if I drink one of those I could never paint again!
